I am thrilled to share with you exciting news related to an event that marks a significant milestone in the field of critical care in Sri Lanka—the Second Scientific Sessions of the Ceylon College of Critical Care Specialists (4CS). This gathering brings together experts, scholars, and practitioners from various disciplines in the critical care community to foster knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and innovative practices.
The Scientific Sessions will take place on 2nd -3rd of August 2025 at Hotel Galadari Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our theme of “Empowering Resilience” will be the main focus of the event. Furthermore, the sessions aim to create a platform to share and discuss the latest scientific advancements, research findings, and best practices. Our goal is to catalyse progress in critical care, ultimately benefiting both patients and healthcare professionals. This important event will cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to Advances in Critical Care Technology, Evidence-Based Practices, Interdisciplinary Collaboration, Education and Training.
We are honoured to have renowned speakers and researchers within the field of critical care gracing our inaugural event. Their presence and expertise will undoubtedly contribute to the intellectual rigour of the Scientific Sessions. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in stimulating discussions, share research findings, expand professional networks, and be at the forefront of critical care practice.
